What do you get when you mix three outdoors guys (and one goofy producer) with a huge catered breakfast from Moe’s Southwest Grill? A DELICIOUSLY HOT MESS!
To be honest, it kind of fits, considering the weather we’ve been experiencing here on the First Coast! In this episode, the guys talk about how crazy it’s been, how good it’s going to be, and more.
But it really was a hot mess, and quite a bit of fun at that! Where else do you get outdoors talk, food reviews, coverage of the Bassmasters’ tournament in Palatka, and comedy clips from Jerry Clower and pro bass angler Gerald Swindle.

Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week: Skillet Breakfast Potatoes
Use a leftover baked potato and cut into medium sized pieces. Lay flat side down in oiled cast iron skillet on medium high heat with some cut up sweet onion. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes and then turn to brown the other side. Smother with cheddar cheese and turn the heat off to let it slowly melt into the potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
